Request for Storage Services

Thompson Lake Marina LLC shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to boats or trailers or articles left in boats in case of fire, theft, accident, freezing or any other case beyond the control of Thompson Lake Marina LLC. The owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Thompson Lake Marina LLC and its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, and agents of and from any and all liability, claims, and demands for damage to the property of and injuries to, or for property damage and personal injuries caused by the owner and the owner's family, guests or invitees. If I desire for my property to be insured while it is located on the premises, then I hereby agree to purchase and maintain my own insurance policy coverage on my property while it is stored at Thompson Lake Marina LLC storage facility.

LIEN: The owner acknowledges that Thompson Lake Marina LLC shall have a lien on the boat, motor, and trailer securing any amounts due to Thompson Lake Marina LLC for services rendered or storage of the boat, and agrees that Thompson Lake Marina, LLC may enforce such lien by retaining possession of the said property until such time as any indebtedness due to Thompson Lake Marina, LLC by the owner is satisfied.

No terms or conditions may be changed or modified unless in writing, signed by the parties.
